Dish Network - Won't Tell What I Owe/then Shuts Off Service for Lack of Payment
BETHEL, VERMONT -- I requested a statment from Dish Network. I stated I did not care if it was by Email or a hard copy sent through USPS. After over a month and at least 7 emails, I was told I would receive a statment in 7-10 days. It has been two weeks and no statment yet. The thing that really tickes me off is, they shut my service off because lack of payment.
I think there is something wrong here! They won't tell you what you owe and then kill the service for lack of payment.
I contacted what they call "live assistance" and got the runaround for 20 min with no answer to the question. I ended up with what was called a supervisor and she disconnected me.
An hour lated I contacted the "live assistance" again and had the answer in less than a minute. She said that they do not offer one year plans but if I wanted to pay for a year it would be $xxx.xx. It was that simple.The person that helped me was Kimberly (ID:96N). She is a credit to her profession. Thank you Kimberly!
