SNOHOMISH, WASHINGTON -- I had to terminate my contract early because my system was buffering every 15 seconds - very slow speed even though I was paying for the highest speed. They would not send anyone out to fix the problem. They kept telling me my consistent problem was related to the satellite. I terminated the service early to acquire service the actually worked. I called and terminated the service early after 7 attempts with no support from Hughesnet. On top of not getting the service I paid for, they also charged me the early termination fee. Never In my life have I dealt with a service like this...very poor. I would highly recommend to anyone to consider other services when shopping for internet services....Avoid DIRECT TV and Hughes Bundle...
