Nike Corp - Horrible Product, Worse Customer Service
Nike Free - Complaint
I bought a pair if Nike Free 3.0 for my son and in less than two weeks the bottoms had lost some of it's sole and the sides ripped. The store returned these as it was just two weeks. They said it was probably a defective pair and we purchased a second pair which lasted less than 60 days but this time I had to go through Nike as the time was over the stores return policy. Nike had me send the shoe, at my expense, for inspection. The shoe had completely ripped along their pattern line on both sides, they say it is not their workmanship, instead claim it is wear and tear. Really? After 2 weeks? After 2 months? I don't consider shoes to be this disposal especially at the high cost..I know few people who can handle this in their pocketbook.
I will never give Nike another one of my dollars and suggest with the poor workmanship and even poorer customer service you should follow my lead!
