AT&T - Rude, Unhelpful and Never Going Back
Phone Upgrade - Complaint
COLUMBIA, MISSOURI -- I went into upgrade to a new phone and the lady I spoke with was very rude. I would ask a question and she would give me the same answer. I am not an authorized user on the account so when I go into upgrade they call up the account holder and get the last 4 of their social (have done this MANY times in dealing with AT&T). When I went in this store location (Grindstone) to upgrade, the lady told me that AT&T has never done that so it is impossible that I have ever upgraded in that way.
I have done it many times in the past, I tried to explain, but she gave the same answer (word for word) every time I tried to talk. I ended up walking out on her. Customer Service is so bad in this store, do NOT talk to Hannah!
