PADUCAH, KENTUCKY -- I went to Old Charley's Restaurant in Paducah, KY, August 5, 2013. I ordered the Cajun or Louisiana Sirloin Steak and I asked that it be medium well. When the waitress brought it to me there was blood running out of it. I asked her to please take it back, that I wouldn't eat it with blood running out of it. She took it back and when she brought it back the only part of the meat that was medium well was what I had cut up previously to show the waitress the blood.

I was very unhappy with the service and the lack of caring if the customer was happy or not. I got a to go box and brought the steak and baked potato home with me and cooked it properly myself.

You do mean "O'Charley's" Restaurant. Because according to Google and the Yellow pages, there's no "Old Charley's" in Paduah, KY. However there is an "O'Charley's" in Paduah, KY. It really helps if you at least get the name of the company that you're complaining about correct. With that said they should've cooked your stake properly, if it wasn't cooked properly the 2nd time then the manger should've been informed.

Getting your own steak and cooking at is better. It will also save you money.

You should have demanded it be cooked to your satisfaction. If not, then don't pay for it. They did not provide adequate service. To box it up and take it home to cook is silly.
