TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- I had a question regarding an additional charge that was included in my most recent statement.
I've called at least 5 times in the past week and no one calls me back.
I have a problem with a bad zone which causes false alarms in the middle of the night. CSG refuses to send a repair person until I pay their bill which I received only 3 days ago. I don't understand how they can refuse to repair a defective system until I pay their bill which I had only just received. How would they react if a true emergency occurred and my alarm system was defective? It amazes me how short sighted they are. They are opening their selves to a possible lawsuit.
Bottom line - they are not a good company to work with. Look elsewhere.
