Good Feet Store - No Refund and Inadequate Fitting
Orthotics - Complaint
BLOOMINGON, MINNESOTA -- I have a foot problem for which I wear a brace and I needed new orthotics. The salesman put me into their off the shelf orthotics without my brace and in their overly stuffed shoes. He had me walk on carpeting and gave me information on the break in period. I felt no pain in my foot, but when I got home and applied the orthotics to my own shoes and walked on sidewalk the pain was intolerable. I obviously needed form fitted orthotics and not off the shelf varieities.
I strenuously object to the non refund of my considerable expense for useless orthotics. If they are not form fitted and only need to be restocked and maybe washed, why not give a refund for worthless goods which were only used for about 3 days? I plan to inform any and all persons I come in contact with about this store, its policies and its ability to gouge desperate customers with dubious fitting practices.
