Courtyard Seattle Bellevue/Downtown‎ - Horrible Customer Service!!!

BELLEVUE, WASHINGTON -- I will NEVER stay at the Courtyard Seattle/Bellevue Downtown again. As a professional, my business requires that I travel frequently. Well, I've stayed at the Courtyard Seattle/Bellevue Downtown for the better part ot 3 months and have received terrible customer service! Well, the Bistro has really good food and service, but not Hotel Management or the Front Desk.

It has been my experience that the Front Desk staff are a bit aloof when I check in or make any requests. Further, the Hotel Manager has a Nasty demeanor. She speaks to me with a fake "Happy Voice" while looking at me plain-faced (No smile). I call the front desk and leave messages for management to return my call and I have NEVER received a call from management. NEVER!!! I dread walking into this establishement.

It's sad that I've spent tens of thousands of dollars in this place only to be treated this way. NEVER AGAIN!!!
