Customer Service and Sales - Complaint
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- I was lied to multiple times by two different Customer Service regarding my billing statements. I also tried to extend my contract in advance and told I am unable to as is too far in advance notice. I was then placed on mute and not on hold waiting for a supervisor and not placed on hold, but left me on hold until the office closed. When I tried calling back to speak with a supervisor the office was closed. The Customer Service Rep was very rude and inconsiderate.
