Easteern Parkway Branch - Complaint
SCHENECTADY, NEW YORK -- KeyBank . . . Fee Bank . . . KeyBank . . . Fee Bank. You bet yah that Keybank & FeeBank are one & the same bank. I am a KeyPrivilege Select customer of KeyBank (their highest relationship account) and I have a Silver Money Market Savings account. I have an automatic transfer from my checking account into this savings account to avoid the maintenance fee. For some reason, this auto transfer ended a few months ago. Nobody notified me & I was charged 3 months fee of $12 each. I seldom check this account as it is a savings account. When I checked, I was surprised to see the fees. I called the 800# & she refunded one (1) fee. She said that it is up to the Branch Manager to make a decision on the other two fees. As expected the Branch Manager refuses to refund the other $12 fees. I have never requested a refund before. I wasn't even aware that the auto transfer into this account had stopped. Being KeyPrivilege Select customer does not mean anythin! I know for a fact that when a customer is charged a service fee it goes into a report & the Branch of account should contact the customer to alert the customer. Nobody from the branch contacted me. And when I asked for the two $12 fees refunded the Branch Manager refused my request. I think that I should be refunded the two $12 fees charged to my account. I am a KeyPrivilege Select customer, this should mean something. I have not requested a refund before, this should be taken into consideration. I am mad for the way that I was treated. I demand a refund of these two $12 fees.
