Best Buy - Worst Service Ever

PENNSYLVANIA -- I called Best Buy to set up appt. with Geek Squad to set up my TV and remove old one. Appt. scheduled. They could not take my old TV, even though it was on the work order. I called to reschedule. They couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks after I was on hold for approx. 20 minutes. Finally, I got a date and when I got home, my answering machine had a message that they could not keep the appointment and I would have to call to reschedule. I called and the guy put me on hold for what seemed like forever. I finally hung up and called back. By the way, the Geek Squad could not program my remote, so I was told I had to use one remote to turn the TV on and control the volume, another remote to change the channels and another to work my DVD player. I proceeded to call Comcast and they came out and fixed it for me. When I finally got through to Best Buy, I cancelled the haul away order and they proceeded to put me on hold for 15 more minutes to give me a credit. Needless to say, Best Buy is not on my hit parade and (not that you care) but I will never buy or deal with your company again.
