MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN -- I went to Cost Cutters to get a very little bit of gray colored. My hair was over
processed and turned a light brassy orange color on top, then as days past it began to break and break.

I returned to the salon and the manager agreed my hair was a bad color and there was excessive breakage. I have very fine, delicate, thin hair and I can't afford to lose my hair. I wanted my money refunded and a future voucher to repair my hair color after it has had time to get healthier. She refused to compensate me in any monetary way.

Why would you want a voucher to go back to the place that botched your hair in the first place?

Check out some smaller, independent salons. Their prices might surprise you! Not much more than Cost Cutters, better product, better colorists. With your fine hair, you need to see someone who specializes, and the extra cost is worth it!
