Home Depot And John Deere And Goldman Equipment - No One Takes Responsibility For Defective Mower Brand New
Repairs or Return - Complaint
MONROE AND WEST MONROE, LOUISIANA -- Purchased mowed in mid April. Was not working correctly and followed Home depots instructions for 800 number for pick up and repair at Goldman equipment.
After 3 weeks they return my mower in the same condition with no work done to it. They instructed me to return this to Home Depot where it was purchased to return to Home Depot after they told me to bring it back to them. When I do they say they to have an authorization from Goldman or john deer the manager refused to come outside and look at it.
Goldman and John Deere says there is no authorization number. Took it back home again Home Depot says they are not responsible for a return on the mower they say Goldman is responsible.
I have been thrown back and forth and lied to every step of they way since April. I am having to pay to have my yard mowed all summer my lawnmower is still ion the shop again because that is what Shaun at Corp head quarter told me to.
I am another 2 weeks with no mower or even them getting around to look at it. I have given you every opportunity to stand behind this product and nothing has been done keep in mind that I paid 2000 dollars TO HAVE NO MOWER USE SINCE APRIL WHEN PURCHASED.
