Quill - New Printer Already Out of Warranty
MARYLAND -- The company I work for ordered a new HP inkjet printer. It would not connect to Windows 7 no matter what I tried. Called HP tech support and was told the warranty expired this past Spring. Incredible as we had received the printer brand new in a sealed box three weeks ago. We could pay for support but I declined. Turns out that many office supply houses register computer equipment as soon as it hits their warehouse. Decided to return the printer for a full refund and get a new printer direct from HP. In fact it was cheaper.
Customer service was very gracious about handling the return. Sent prepaid shipping labels via email.
