IKEA - Terrible Customer Service! Terrible Delivery Experience

TEMPE, ARIZONA -- Terrible! This is the most ridiculous, lazy unprofessional company I have ever dealt with... I had to stand in line for 45 min just to order a couch and there were only 5 people in front of me .... no one called to get another representative to help. then when I had issues with delivery, I called and was put on hold 3 x for over 30 min!
3PD was supposed to deliver a couch for me from IKEA... Both IKEA and the customer service representative at 3PD said they would remove the boxes for me. However, when the delivery team arrived 20 min later, they refused. I called the same customer service lady back and she told me that’s too bad, she can't make them take the boxes. Therefore, I refused delivery and told them to take it all back because I won't deal with a company that lies to customers and refused to honor their promises... The delivery guys did not even have a copy of the receipt/ delivery paperwork for me... that told me I could "take a picture of it with my phone. When I called back to try to resolve the issue, the customer service person “McKendra” was extremely rude and condescending.
IKEA and 3pd will not honor delivery times and really don't care about pleasing their customers. Customer service doesn't care and you have to wait on hold for an extremely long time to get any issues resolved. The furniture is poorly made too in my opinion.
