Sprint - Pathetic Excuse for a Service Business
Customer Service - Complaint
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- After being a customer for over 11 years, I left Sprint because they do NOTHING to make it worth putting up with their avoidance of fixing problems and making a customer happy. I had taken the last couple of phones in multiple times only to have them send more glitchy replacements (about 4 replacements in 2-3 months at one point after having the phone for only a few months) and never offer a better solution.
Talking to higher ups does nothing because they always tell you, "That's the best I do," after offering the very minimum (if they offer anything at all) of what someone in a service providing industry can do. After dealing with unhelpful/unaccommodating "service" representatives, I figure it can only get better by dealing with ANY other service provider.
