Please 1st do me a favor, and call these (2) online Auto Parts Suppliers and judge for yourself how legit their business practice really is,
i.e. ‘If you need to cancel an order 10 min’s later"
I tried for the last 5 hours unsuccessfully to cancel an order for “$626.00” on my Lexus SC400 (4) oxygen sensors, with a National Auto Parts Supplier. The 1st call began ‘10’ minutes after the order! When I requested the order to be canceled, they said there would be a 20% restocking fee = $125.00. The products haven’t even been ordered or much less left the shelves yet??? The phone employees are overseas somewhere, and really do not care about my misfortune. Especially if it means money at my loss.
What is this happening ‘Here in America’, with online business practices. When I even requested the proper levels of management: the sales people where very adamant about not letting me talk to their supervisors.
I was at least expecting some type of win, win situation here, like maybe a $20.00 Credit Card cancellation fee, at the most, but a $125.00 restocking fee 10 min’s later.. Please look into this people, something is REALLY wrong here!!
