Sprint - Customer Service
Sprint Social Care - Complaint
TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- In May, we went to get new service and decided to go to Sprint. It was going to be and my fiancé on the plan, our first big purchase together. We were greeted in the store by a representative and upon telling him we wanted new service he asks us about phones. He asked if we were interested in the iPhone 5 and when I said yes. He told us that they didn't have any. I thought that was strange but said ok and he then tried selling us the Samsung Galaxy SIIII. We talked it over together and decided that we would just get those at which point he told us they didn't have any of those either. We should have just left right then and there but decided to give Sprint a chance.
The representative was very condescending and states all they had was iPhone 4 's not 4 S or anything just 4 and he said there were none in Tulsa and he didn't know when they could get any. So, we ended up with that and were not happy but needed phones so we took them. So, I thought I would contact the social care team, they told me there was nothing that they could do and that they contacted the store who told them that they were never without any of those phones. My fiancé works in a field where there is interaction with about 100 people a day from all over the US and VI and they will all be told about Sprint and we will be terminating services.
