Virgin Mobile - Cell Phone Refund
On March 30,2013, Virgin Mobile (VM) blocked a phone call messaging "no funds available" even though I had and still have $335.15 in my acct. with them. Their excuse "trouble with credit card" which had nothing to do with the $335.15 of mine they held. (I double checked with Visa and they assured me nothing was amiss on that date and business was as usual). Numerous emails back & forth with both VM and Sprint resulted where sometimes they promised to refund and then got denied by some supervisor. They don't appear to know what they're doing business-wise. People I talked to at Sprint didn't even know they owned Virgin Mobile. I have not cancelled acct. #[snip] phone #[snip] until this matter settled. I found after the March 30,2013 call I could no longer rely on VM.
