AT&T does not stand behind their product or customer

LAWRENCE, KANSAS -- I bought a phone and I had issues less than 3 months into it. I went to the AT&T store four or five times over the year. I asked to send my phone in repeatedly. I was giving numerous excuses why I couldn't by their employee. I went in again a week ago to find that my warranty ended in July. I asked the lady why I was not allowed to turn my phone in the several times I came in. I told her who helped me and she said he had to be let go. I called AT&T and they refused to honor my warranty even though their employee told me I couldn't turn my phone in numerous times. I have held a contract with them for 10 plus years and always pay on time. I was horrified by their lack of customer loyalty.
My warranty had only expired by a week and I had been in there several times about the issue. Not to mention they fired the employee that had helped me so he obviously was not doing his job. I was very dissatisfied with their service.
