Bad experience with Expedia's customer service
DALLAS, TEXAS -- Booked a trip though Expedia to Punta Cana in DR for a family of 4. It was booked for Majestic Elegance Club resort (2 suites) but was notified upon arrival that I could not stay in Jr. Suites in club area because of one of my son's age being 17 years. If that was the case then why did Expedia's reservation system let us book the trip? After returning to US and asking for refund for not getting what was paid (difference between Club vs Family section) for Expedia gave 1 and 1/2 hours of run around and $0 for refund. Never using Expedia again.
