Customer Service - Complaint
TORONTO CANADA -- I switched from Bell to Rogers because of the bad Customer Service and getting third world countries who can barely speak English. In this economy we must keep our jobs within the Country. Our politicians are not protecting our jobs. My job was made obsolete and sent to India. I have been trying to find means to cut my expenses and went to Comwave. BAD MISTAKE.
Rogers only hires people who live within Canada. When I had a horrible experience with Comwave, Rogers waived any reconnection fees and were most helpful, SO I AM STAYING WITH ROGERS.
