UPS Employes Thieves and Management Covers Up for Them
Shipping - Complaint
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- I shipped a package, and it was returned to me weeks later with a major difference. The package was still taped and sealed as it had been sealed when I shipped it, but it was empty. It had a sticker on the box that the recipient of the package had refused it. I called the recipient and they stated that they didn't ever see it.
UPS claims that the package was damaged. The package is surprisingly unharmed. They claimed that the package had come open. They also stated that they have a lost and found for just this case and goods are cataloged. However they can't find any of the parts in this inventory. This tells me that someone took these parts. Everything that they have told me contradicts themselves. I have continually contacted them and they have threatened me telling me that they will block my questioning input.
