Sprint Customer Is Horrible
CALIFORNIA -- Sprint customer is horrible. I was on the phone for an hour and a half and they refused to fixed something that was charged on my account that shouldn't be there. I spoke to five different people and all claimed they couldn't take the charge off but that maybe I should go into the store and they could take it off. When I asked why I had to go into the store they asked because the store can. I asked why the store could do it and they couldn't they told me they could just wasn't go to. I work in retail and this is the worse experience I have ever had customer service should never be this terrible.
