T-Mobile - No Signal at My Home
Customer Service - Complaint
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- Over the past several months to one year the T-Mobile signal at my residence has gradually degraded to now no signal at all! An "SOS" has replaced the typical bars on the phone. I have called numerous times to "Customer Service" but to no avail. Now, I have to leave home to make calls! I live in a large metropolitan community of the City of San Diego comprised of light industry and residential homes and extremely annoyed at the apathy regarding the urgency of having no ability to use my phone and having to drive somewhere to use my phone!
The only reliable aspect of Customer Service are their return phone calls several days later asking if your problem has been resolved, which of course, it had not been! So annoying!
