LITTLE FALLS, NEW YORK -- Let me first start by saying I didn't shop here randomly because I bought from them before with no issues. I made a purchase & funds were paid & never received my order!! I sent NUMEROUS emails and not one response & I even called there phone number listed & left a detailed message & again NO RESPONSE!

Clearly not doing good business!! I only hope that this will save the next person from being robbed like I was!!

How long ago did you pay? You have some protection on both debit and credit transactions (as long as your debit card has an affiliation with Visa, Mastercard, etc.), but you need to file a dispute within the alloted time frame with your bank or card issuer.

I made this purchase August 6th. Still no response and no product! I am going to contact my bank but before I did, I wanted to give them the benifit of the doubt! What's crazy is when I send them an email I get an automated response which says "Happy Holidays and thank you for contacting The Scent Wizard! We will be closed from Dec 23, 2012 until Dec. 27 2012. We wish you and yours a very safe and Happy Holiday!" Unless I'm trapped like in ground hog day, we're in 2013! Smh
