Motel 6 in Arlington Stole My Luggage
Guest Relations, Motel Manager - Complaint
ARLINGTON, TEXAS -- I checked into Motel 6 on August 6, 2013 and was given Room 121. The toilet would barely flush, so I changed rooms to 117. I, my dad, and my nephew left for a Texas Rangers game. When we returned, our door was slightly ajar. When I went into the room, my luggage was gone. I had also brought music CD's my nephew also brought in a sports magazine, that was still there. We left a did not stay in the room. The manager refused to give us a refund. I should not have to pay for a room after I got robbed. Apparently, that is how Motel 6 does business. I guess they don't pay there employees enough money, because they have to steal other people's clothes.
I will never stay at another Motel 6 or any other cheap Motel. At least paying 100 dollars for a Holiday Inn would be worth it. After all Motel 6 does not care about your luggage or your safety, Holiday Inn does plus you get a Continental Breakfast. At Motel 6, you get the shaft.
