Sprint Cheats to Prolong Payments From Leaving Customers

SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA -- - I canceled my phone in June and was informed of a $100 cancelation fee due to a $75 credit a received a few months previously as a payment for bad service (phone/reception).
- In August I was still receiving bills, so I called back to cancel.
- They informed me that yes, my phone should have been canceled but it wasn't. But even though it was their screw up, due to the fact that call forwarding was on and data was being used by the phone (without human interaction) I would need to pay.
TWO ADDITIONAL BILLS AND THE $100 CANCELATION. This is nuts, on top of that Josey was yelling at me (seriously) and trying to say that phones couldn't use data without human interaction.
They need to get their facts straight and then hire people who know something about IT!
Embarrassing for Sprint! Worst company I have ever dealt with and I work in the tech space.
