Burger King - Dishonest or Incompetent Workers
Cashier Not Giving Correct Change "Twice" - Complaint
WEST ALLIS, WISCONSIN -- I was paying for a Two-for-five special. The purchase came to $5.31. I gave the cashier $5.66. She did not give me any change. So, I told her "I gave you a $5, a quarter, a dime and a penny". She responded "yes" and then gave me four cents. I responded that "I expected a nickel as change. Finally, I received my correct change. During this experience the cashier had to call her manager to override the transaction and was present during the second phase but was no help either.
I don't know if the employee was dishonest and got caught or just incompetent at the position of cashier.
