Dyson Dc26 Multifloor Defective, Dyson Refuses to Address Issue
ANKENY, IOWA -- I purchased a DC26 multifloor brand new a month ago, and have hardly used it. It's a 400.00 machine. The brush on the turbine head keeps shutting off so does not work. I emailed them about the problem and they told me that the problem is my rugs because they are not nailed down. This machine does the same thing on bare floors, nailed down carpet floors and rubber-backed throw rugs. I was very disappointed that they blamed their product on my rugs. I will never buy another dyson, and would like to warn people about this product.
