PITTSFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS -- I bought a Dell laptop from Staples about 2 years ago, I paid an extra 350 dollars for an extended service plan. My laptop is currently not working properly and the hard drive is literally burning up. I called Staples about it, and they have no record of me ever buying it or purchasing an extended service plan. So now I get to eat 1,300 dollars. I will never buy anything from there again, and I also will never buy a Dell again.
