Worst experience ever will never use again I paid 750 for a round trip plane ticket and basically ended up paying over 1000 dollars for a one way ticket at the end. Plus a new ticket that I had to purchase direct through the airline since Travelocity was of no assistance. They had me wait 72 hours to get a response on the error that was made on the change date that I was charge 350 for. Then to tell me 96 hours later that they couldn't find the recording of the conversation so they were going to side with the agent and my mother was going to be left stranded in another country for a month unless I paid an additional 200 dollars.
Each time I asked for a manager they refused and when I was placed on hold they hung up and when I managed to get a hold of a manager they hung up on me. I was told they would do whatever to keep a customer and they treated me with disrespect and stole my money.
