Verizon - Bad Customer Service in Stores
Basic Phone - Complaint
SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON -- I went into store to upgrade my basic phone, 3 of them for my kids and myself and was told, that if I want a free upgrade on a basic phone I had to do it on-line. They are paid on commission. I felt like a second class citizen. So I can home and call Verizon and spent over 1 hour trying to get what I needed. 3 phone one to be mailed to my daughter and the other to be mail to me. That was so very difficult for them.
But finally I was able to get what I need. 3 new phone mail to two different addresses. Then I get the email with the information on the new phones, ALL WRONG, I had to call again, this time it was one half an hour.
If it wasn’t for that I still have a phone with one year contract I would have changed to a different service carrier.
