eBay Complaint -
NAPOLEON, MISSOURI -- There has to be an avenue where buyers can charge the seller with fraud. After having a seller not shipping merchandise after cashing my payment, I would lose 75% of my payment if I make a complaint with e-bay. This seems rather large and does not really stop sellers even after posting a bad feedback. Unfortunately there was no feedback when I bid and paid for an item. Even after a phone call, he said he shipped merchandise, but after a month.... no merchandise.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
Give the buyer an avenue to charge seller with fraud.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
