Bill Me Later Is Geared to Screw the Consumer Over!

FLORIDA -- Bill Me Later has to be the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with.
1. Their interest rate is ridiculous!! We have good credit, but if you don't pay off your balance before the promotional deadline, you'll pay 19.99%! If you pay the minimum due, you will be paying forever. I don't suggest this.
2. For such a big PayPal company, it is hard to believe they use such a primitive online account interface! You cannot schedule a payment ahead of a due date. You either visit the site early, or the day your payment is due to make payment. If you, are busy & forget, you pay a late fee. My gripe is, I am incredibly busy! I would like to set up payment for next month at the time I make this months. All my other accounts have this option. Bill Me Later doesn't. No money to be made on people paying their bill on time!
3. If you have a complaint about anything and email them, you will not receive a response! Terrible customer service!
I have almost paid them off, and will never use them again! They rape you.
