Direct TV - Horrible Customer Service
BOSSIER CITY, LOUISIANA -- I had an appointment set to install Direct TV. They were supposed to show up between 12-4 and never did. I called and was told the technician was running late but was still coming. 3 hours later I get a call saying they can't make it and that's all they could say. So I was thinking alright I'll reschedule for Monday. Nope! The earliest date they could give me is 2 weeks from now. Unacceptable!!
I waited for 9 hours today for them to show up. You would think bc they didn't make the appt they would be here first thing Monday. But no I have to wait two weeks for a service I am already paying for and don't even have yet. The customer service is TERRIBLE and they are very obviously reading from a script. Seeing red I'm so mad at the way I was talked to by the technician. Ridiculous.
