Futon Cover - Complaint
INTERNET, WISCONSIN -- I ordered a futon cover, however, it never arrived. Tracking showed they billed me and it sat in warehouse awaiting delivery. I finally called after a few weeks of no communication from them, and they "were trying to track the package " they did nothing. I had to email again and again for them to finally report that it could not be located, and of course, the item was no longer in stock. When I complained, I got kind of snarky apology. Nothing more.
Bad service. They are trying to steal your money to see if you forget.
