Cx Serv/Phone - Complaint
NEW YORK -- Had this phone for about 6 mos now and it has been malfunctioning more and more. On an all-touch screen certain keys work only if you hold it at a certain angle. I'll be outside and service drops in and out. Screen turns black on calls and won't come back unless I go indoors or take phone out of sunlight. All apps crash continually, including messaging that randomly doesn't send messages. Recently my charger just stopped working.
Called tech support, they promised to send charger next day. I called back immediately to see if I can get a replacement phone. The representative was in the process of sending me a new phone, was just checking stock then phone died (bad charger). I bought a charger from electronics store and spoke to tech support told me she has to do a trouble shoot first before she can send a new phone. When I told her I don't have another number to do a trouble shoot from she told me to call back tonight or tomorrow. I'm under warranty!
Just send me a replacement phone! That's why everyone is leaving Virgin mobile
