EPSON Complaint - Epson's Rebate/Premium Promotion
MASCOUTAH, ILLINOIS -- I purchased a Epson Stylus 640 Ink Jet Printer under their $30. rebate promotion.
A few weeks later I forward the rebate form with the retailers's receipt but had never received the rabate. After sending several letters to them, the last letter was returned unopened with the notation 'Box closed'.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I have since junked the Epson and purchase a Lexmark and received their promotional rebate within weeks.
Just let everyone know that some companies do not stand behind their promotional rebates promised by the retailers.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
