Ashley Furniture - Won't Stand Behind Poor Quality Product.
Warranty - Complaint
NAPERVILLE, ILLINOIS -- The seam on the back of my chair had split open. Haven't had the chair for 3 months, so called the warranty company to get it repaired. They said they'd send me a piece of leather & to call to arrange the repair. Received leather, called tech & made an appointment. Turns out, they had sent me the wrong piece of leather & the guy was just there to make a report. According to his report, he claimed that my chair was burned, not coming apart at the seams. I argued & eventually got a new tech sent out to look at the chair. He agreed with me & said seam was coming apart, it's not a burn. He told me he would order the necessary pieces for repair & it would get fixed. I just received another call from the warranty department & they claim that they will still not fix my chair under warranty. I will NEVER buy from them again.
