Toro Company - Refuse to Honor Warranty After Four Light Uses of a Mower.

BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA -- 5 month old mower, purchased because of the "Guaranteed to Start" promise badged right over the engine cover. At the direction of Toro, I took the mower to an authorized warranty center. The guy there is a thief who pretends to not understand English... except when it comes time to demand a credit card. This mower failed after only FOUR light duty uses. The warranty Center guy told me: "No Warranty! You carburetor not so good. I tune up for you." He wants $78.26 to return my mower to me and he refuses to answer any basic questions about what exactly failed. I called Toro customer service again and was met by a brash, loud, obnoxious hood rat who was screaming over me, interrupting me and refusing to address my concerns. I have abandoned the mower, and Toro. But this fight is far from over. It is a matter of principle at this time.
