HASLET, TEXAS -- They would not honor the ad in my hand. Then another person lied to my husband about being able to upgrade the package at installation. Then when we tried to do that, they said we couldn't do it now. Then I get my first bill and it is double what they told me it would be. There is a monthly receiver charge of 25.00 a month on top of the package I ordered. I had it installed on a Sat. and cancelled it the very next Tuesday. All the customer service people kept saying was that we are sorry you were misinformed. I have never been treated so horribly by a company.
