KFC - Old, Nasty, Dry, Chicken and Bad management
OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA -- My family and I went through the Drive thru as it was getting late for the kids and grabbed a boneless chicken meal for the five of us to eat at home then off to bed. As we sat at the dinner table to eat everyone complained about the chicken tasting funny and when my husband splint his chicken open it was dark brown...???... I have never ever seen chicken this dark of a brown and it was so dry and hard for everyone to eat that we threw it in trash and called the complaint line to report our problem. As the days went by no call from anyone...so sad!
I decided myself to call and see why no one took their time to call us about our complaint. We were told that the manager of the store was gonna call and he did. He said we were getting certificates through the mail and we were happy to get the problem taken care of.
Here we are Aug 20th and no certificates yet and the complaint was made on July 10th.
What kind of management would not care to refund or care enough to solve a customers problem that I had to call again today to see why nothing was taken care of and why I am still the one to call them and not them calling me to see if the situation was taken care of yet. Pretty sad business on their part. If it was my company I would make sure the customers were my top priority and see to it with all my ability that they were refunded and some. This is usually how a good company will keep regular customers and their family coming in. As I do love KFC chicken I will not be going back to this one store at all nor will I request anyone I know to continue to go or recommend no one, but will hear of my bad experience my family and I had.
Would have been a different story if handled with better care.
