Whirlpool - Customer Service Does Not Deliver Good Customer Service.
LILBURN, GEORGIA -- I purchased a Whirlpool range model # WFG114SWQ on 9/4/2010 to replace a 20 year stove. I did not purchase an extended warranty. The range is not yet 3 years old, but I have had to spend $295.00 to replace 2 lines from the front burners to the control valve and other service. Now, the back burners go out when they are turned to simmer. Whirlpool does not see this as a product defect and refuses to assist. They do not understand the customer.
I will never purchase another Whirlpool product and I will make sure my friends don't.
