Santa Maria Honda - Horrible Service Failed Products Doesnt Help Customers

SANTA MARIA, CALIFORNIA -- I own a 2008 Honda accord I bought it new. I have taking it to Santa Maria Honda since it was brand new. Within the first two years of owning the vehicle the interior begin to bubble then rip. I have complain to them regarding this issue. I bought the extended warranty and the interior protection package. They refused to help me and now that my warranty is almost ready to expire they now want to charge me. American Honda has been no help as well. The field representative for my area I have caught him in many lies during our conversations. I warn all customers about buying a Honda from top to bottom they refuse to help their customer.

I am surprised to hear there is such a thing as an "interior protection package." Car manufacturers historically do not cover interior finishes such as dashboard, seats, etc. My guess is the "package" doesn't cover degradation of the dashpad.

It was sold to me as a total protection from interior to exterior everything from sun fade to stains to bird crap if it damaged my paint or would not come off the interior it was to be replaced or repaired. I know now it is a scam to get 800 dollars out me and american honda told even though honda sold the product to me they dont stand behind it. The field rep johnathan told me its like buying a set of rims from honda we may sell them but we dont make them. He said that several times trying to get me to understand i dont. The protection package was called zilon or zion but if u go online honda has hundreds if not thousandsof complaints about the interior bubbling then ripping on these cars big story of pass the buck no good customer service these days. I hope this helps someone do their homework before buying a honda. It is sad cause we like the car just dont like the fact they refuse to be accountable and i told them i was ready to buy a new car and if the customer service continued to stink we would not buy a honda i was told that is okay this by johnathan. NOT HAPPY
