Santa Maria Honda - Horrible Service Failed Products Doesnt Help Customers
SANTA MARIA, CALIFORNIA -- I own a 2008 Honda accord I bought it new. I have taking it to Santa Maria Honda since it was brand new. Within the first two years of owning the vehicle the interior begin to bubble then rip. I have complain to them regarding this issue. I bought the extended warranty and the interior protection package. They refused to help me and now that my warranty is almost ready to expire they now want to charge me. American Honda has been no help as well. The field representative for my area I have caught him in many lies during our conversations. I warn all customers about buying a Honda from top to bottom they refuse to help their customer.
