Sprint has NO Customer Service
Sales/Customer Service - Complaint
NATIONWIDE, FLORIDA -- Sprint has gone from having great customer service to NO customer service. No one should have to call twice, email three times and finally go into a store and still have no one explain why Sprint 'lost' my new phone order and all my personal info.
I ordered a buy one/get one Galaxy S4 on the 11th. Spent over an hour on the phone with someone who barely understood English and tried to upsell me on everything. Okay. I got the phones at a great price, so I put up with it. Didn't get a confirmation as promised, but got something thanking me for selling back my two current phones for $10 each. Huh?
So I call Sprint and after 15 minutes, I discover that my order was NEVER submitted and in fact, their records show I hadn't called in TWO YEARS. Now, I gave this guy all my personal info and what...he lost it??? This guy offers to start the entire process over. I didn't have another hour to spare. Went to my local store and asked for the same deal, which has now conveniently expired, but the guy offers to sell me what he called, their second best phone, for the price I was paying on the sale. I tell him my story and he doesn't care. I tell him I will find another company because I am out of contract - I've been a customer for five years. He still doesn't care. Neither does the people who answer their emails. I got one email with a reference number saying they would answer within 24 hours. That was three days and two more emails from me ago.
