Travelocity - Fraudulent!
Sales, CS, Supervisor - Complaint
I booked a hotel on 7/28, cancelled it on 7/29. Received confirmation of booking via email, but no cancellation email. I called Customer Service, and they told me that the reservation was never made. I had the confirmation email, proof that my card was charged, etc, and they still said that I was basically lying.
They searched by the trip ID, Location and hotel name, name on account, and credit card number, and they couldn't find anything. I talked to 5 different people, the last one being a supervisor. After he couldn't help me, he said "Reply to email that was sent and tell them your problem. We have nothing". I sent the email, and they said they would get back with me in 7-10 days. We have heard nothing. My CC company is disputing the charges. Do NOT give your trust to this company.
