Called over 2 weeks ago because we keep having calls go straight to voice mail & not ringing through, text messaging is not going through & keep dropping calls. They said they were updating the tower in out area & everything will be working properly within 3 days. Well we are still having the same problem & have been missing several business calls & losing customer because the calls aren't coming through. Sprint is charging us almost $200 a month & we are losing money on a daily bases because there service is very poor.
