HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT -- Recently, we were in need of a replacement windshield as a result of a rock hitting it on the highway in CT. I called Safelite Glass first and they proceeded with my request and was able to schedule us for the next day. Meanwhile, I was contacted by a different person at Safelite to confirm my request. They said they checked my policy and Travelers said our vehicle was not on our policy. I then called Travelers and was reassured our vehicle was, in fact, on the policy and we definitely had full glass coverage. The Travelers representative took charge from there and called Safelite back to reassure them we had the coverage and to move forward to install a new windshield. Once they someone misinterpreted our policy, they went above and beyond to help from that point.
