Verizon Wireless - Bad Business
Pre-Paid Wireless - Complaint
PAUMA VALLEY, CALIFORNIA -- I had went over and took my number with me but wanted to remain a customer with Verizon. Keep the phone just get a different number so I could give the phone to my son. Just trying to speak to a human being was a challenge and then when I did I spoke to about 4 reps. and 1 supervisor. Now mind you I had already made a payment of $50.00 on the 15th of August and switch my number on the 21st of August not much distance in the days.
A representative I spoke to told me I re-activate and get that money switched over but I had to wait cause they couldn't de-activate and activate the same phone on the same day for the same phone. Makes no sense to me but ok.
When I called back 24hrs later they said they weren't able to do that and the payment I made was lost.so I've contacted the bbb and filed a report. This wasn't fair at all.
